Privacy notice
This notice covers the public Diriqo landing page and Diriqent stories. Diriqo and DiriPOS are in development. Online pre-registration is currently closed; you can express interest by sending your own email.
Scope and data
Hosting processes technical information such as IP address, request time and browser details to deliver and protect the website. We store your manually chosen language and cookie preference. If you email us, we receive your address, message and information you choose to include. Filling the form or opening an email app does not send a message.
Purposes and legal basis
We handle enquiries and protect the website on the basis of legitimate interests in communication and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); pre-contract requests rely on (b). Launch notices and optional product news rely on your request and consent (a). Optional analytics requires consent. Contact details are voluntary but necessary for a reply.
Retention
Launch contacts are retained for up to 12 months after the request or until consent is withdrawn. Routine correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after resolution, unless a specific legal obligation or legal claim requires longer. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention for security and diagnostics. Language and cookie preferences expire after 180 days.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorized staff and hosting and email infrastructure providers. Vercel hosts this website and, with consent, provides Web Analytics. We do not sell contacts. The public form currently does not save data to a database. Vercel and its subprocessors may process data outside the EEA; contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, are described in the linked Vercel DPA.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Turn analytics off in Cookie settings; send other requests to the controller’s email. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We normally respond within one month. Where the law permits an extension, we explain why. Proportionate identity verification may be required. You may complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
